Lucy Bond, Director of Bond Event Management is a versatile and highly organised event director with broad experience of business-to-business event management both in the UK and internationally.

Over her career she has worked on over 60 award ceremonies, 10 conferences and numerous networking events. Her experience ranges from launching and project managing lunches for 10 people, concerts for 350 people to award ceremonies for 1,850 people.

Lucy has extensive experience of managing events budgets of over £1million and has a proven track record in finding cost savings across events whilst maintaining high quality.

With a background in business psychology, Lucy’s skills range from managing events, copywriting, sales and marketing. She also has experience in managing international corporate events including launching building industry award ceremonies in Dubai.
